*Duration :* 3+ to 6 months *Description of Work: *The Contractor, who is not a state employee, will provide a Business Process Manager / Business Monitor Architect consultant to the Microsoft Application Development Division (MADD) who will: (1) Provide production support for MADD middleware systems, including: a) assisting with troubleshooting the environment; b) assisting in developing and implementing recommended practices; c) assisting in developing and implementing environments of MADD middleware systems. (2) Assist in tactical and strategic planning for MADD middleware systems. (3) Recommend and in cooperation with state IT staff implement: a) implement development environment of IBM's BPM and IBM's BM products across the development, test, and production environments; b) create the golden topology for IBM's BPM and IBM's BM products in the production environment; c) Monitor the MADD middleware systems; d) configure the MADD middleware systems for optimal performance; e) support testing by employees of sample applications deployed to the MADD middleware systems across all environments. (4) Mentoring, including transfer of knowledge, of state/vendor personnel in the BPM/BM and associated infrastructure environment.
