*Responsibilities *



*Primary responsibilities include PC image builds, patch management,
application packaging and distribution, operating system deployment (OSD),
IT system security related issues, threat mitigation and reporting,
analyzing data to spot trends, managing patches for software
certifications, data collection and reporting. Role will provide highly
technical and/or specialized guidance concerning automation solutions to
complex information processing problems related to the distributed
computing environment. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in
multiple current technology areas, including client computer hardware and
operating systems, end-user desktop software, remote management, and
end-user device security management and patching. This role will work with
the team that is directly responsible for the development, integration and
production of SCCM server infrastructure suites on multiple LANs and will
include server and application configuration, project documentation, and
production Tier III support for the enterprise SCCM customer base.
Responsibilities*


* This role will include, but will not be limited to the following
responsibilities:*

*·         Assist with divisional rollout of SCCM for Image and Package
deployments*

*·         Implement, update, and maintain enterprise level configuration
management*

*·         Analyze SCCM log files, provide patch management support, and
off**‐**hours maintenance window*

*·         Validate deployment plans for compliance within existing
performance limitations of the enterprise servers'*

*·         Troubleshoot sites experiencing configuration management*

*·         Document issues and resolutions using the current Ticket
Management system (KACE).*

*·         Provide weekly activity reports describing activities*

*·         Communicate effectively both orally and written with customers,
stakeholders, and technical teams.*

*·         Effectively lead detailed technical discussions and develop and
present required documentation to ensure the business needs are met in
accordance *

*·         Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for escalated issues in relation to
Operating System, Application Deployment, and Patching *

*·         Responsible for proper escalation, communications, and
management of production system problems*












*Experience SCCM 2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge including
troubleshooting experience of large diverse environments Full understanding
of SCCM 2012 Hierarchy including troubleshooting Ability to create
Advertisement/Collections/Packages/Applications within an SCCM 2012
environment (soon to migrate to 2016) Understanding of
setup/use/troubleshooting of software deployment "Maintenance Windows "
Full understanding of downloading and deploying Software Updates within
SCCM 2012 / 2016 Understanding and experience in Operating System,
Application Deployment, and Patching within SCCM 2012 /2016 Reporting with
Systems Management Center, Systems Management Server or SCCM 2012 SCCM 2012
Site/Client Troubleshooting, Boundaries, Replication, and Remediation Using
Configuration Manager Trace Log Tool and analyzing the data reported
Applicant must be able to work in a team environment with other systems
administrators as well as work with other computer/facility support
organizations and work well multi-tasking various related efforts Must have
good communications skills, both written and verbal and will be responsible
for documentation of all aspects of various system installation and
configuration efforts step-by-step*
