Define the appropriate tests required and any associated Test Data. Gather and manage the Test Data. Evaluate and log the outcome of each test cycle. Identify the most appropriate implementation approach for a given test. Set up and execute the tests. Analyze and recover from execution errors. *Required Experience*: . Quality Assurance leadership experience required . Require more than 5 years of experience developing test software and automated test scripts for web-based software applications using Microsoft technologies. . Experience with testing of Enterprise Level applications -- Performance, Scalability, Security . Key tools: Team Foundation Server 2010, Visual Studio 2010 Test Edition, SQL Server 2008 . Ability to accurately estimate work effort for a project, contribute to the development of timelines, and manage work to meet the project schedule. . Experience in the setup and maintenance of test environments, execute tests, and document test results. . Document defects and track the issue to resolution. . Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, systems thinker, results driven, self-motivated, team skills, ability to work independently, excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferred *Specific Agile experience *. Experience in object-oriented design and development technologies including .NET, C#, or C++ .
