*Position : Oracle Fusion Tester *
*Location : Charlotte, NC*
*Duration: 6-12+ months*
*OPT acceptable*
*Skills and experience needed:*
· 5+ years of QA experience
· 1+ year of testing Oracle Fusion HCM applications
· Strong back end testing experience in Databases like MS SQL,
Oracle(Hands-on with complex queries)
· Strong experience in HP ALM/Jira/Rational products
· Proficient in SDLC/QA process and deliverables – Test Plan, Test
estimation, RTM, Test Cases, Test Reports , Defect Triages & UAT governance
· Good experience in customer management
· Experience on Agile /Waterfall Methodologies
· Excellent Analytical and communication skills
