*5 year experience level person with heavy Cisco IOS experience * Major responsibilities in this role comprise of: Proactive support and assistance with network design and implementation of new hardware, software or features based on requirements Troubleshooting and working closely with TAC/support engineers to fix customer network issues Lead network migration and upgrade activities and write MOP's to facilitate them Provide Best Practice recommendations Presales: Work closely with Account team and Sales team to demonstrate new products and features Engage with Cisco Account Managers, NCEs, Sales engineers, Business unit managers, DEs on a day-to-day basis to solve complex technical issues faced by customers and enhance product and software roadmaps Assist customer in setting up labs and lead POC activities Key advisor to the customer in routing/switching and service provider based technologies with focus on IOS XR - ASR9k, 6500/7600, & ISRG2/ASR1K and CAT 2k/3k/4k switching platforms Work on the following key technology areas: Routing protocols: RIP/EIGRP/OSPF/BGP/ISIS MPLS technologies: L2VPN/L3VPN IPv6, Multicast, QoS, Security based technologies Network Management: SNMP, Netflow, Syslog, EEM Hardware: ASR9k, Traditional IOS and IOS-XE based platforms *Thanks & Best Regards,* *G.
