Seeking a Salesforce.com Lead Architect serve as domain experts to sales and delivery teams on the force.com, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. With a broad background the ideal candidate will be comfortable discussing and demonstrating all aspects of the platforms including hosting infrastructure, security, integration and declarative/programmatic extensions to IT audiences up to CIO/CTO level. *Qualifications* *Basic Qualifications*. - 10 plus years of IT experience - 4 years of Salesforce.com implementation experience - 4 years of IT Solution Development experience - 4 years of Salesforce.com technical architecture background *Preferred Skills* - Strong Communication and articulation of ideas. - Experience working with Junior Executive Levels (Manager/ New Director Levels) - Salesforce.com certifications - Development experience with Java and/or Siebel - Prior OO programming in Java, Ruby or .Net preferred - Force.com platform experience - SSO and webservices experience - Integrating Salesforce.com software with 3rd party solutions - Experience developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards - Data Migration experience - Demonstrated leadership in professional setting, either military or civilian - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian *Salesforce Technical Developer* *Brief Summary of Role *A Technical Lead designs and implements the key technical components of the solution and helps direct technical resources to develop and deliver the project deliverables. The Technical Lead reduces the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives. Additionally, the Technical Lead partners with the Technical Architect to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones. This is a hands on role that requires significant technical experience and abilities with Salesforce.com and related cloud technologies. *Responsibilities* - Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, application integration and data migration. - Judges the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project. - Serves as the technical expert on projects focused on Salesforce.com - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and the Force.com platform. - Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com. - Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment. - Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution. - Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members. *Education and Required Experience* - B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field - 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position - 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com in a development or configuration capacity - Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office and able to travel up to 40-60% - One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud) - Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator, Advanced Developer, or Technical Architect certifications highly preferred *Salesforce - Business/Solution Architect* *Brief Summary of Role* The Business Architect is a team leader on our Strategic Business Process Engagements know as Roadmaps and Blueprints. This person is tasked with facilitating workshops to gain an understanding of our client's current state processes and technology in the CRM space, and from that map out a future state that includes improved process definition as well as best-practice architecture and implementation of Salesforce.com and other related cloud based technologies. *Responsibilities* The Business Architect plays a key role working onsite with customers to align strategic goals and objectives with key decisions regarding Salesforce.com Service and/or Sales Cloud products and services. Must be able to manage and deliver components of customer engagements that include analysis of current state business process and technology, process and functional design, future state prototyping and architecture for Salesforce.com. As a Certified Service and/or Sales Cloud Consultant, the Business Architect also designs and deploys solutions that support customer business processes and requirements using Salesforce.com Service and/or Sales Cloud applications. The Business Architect has experience designing creative solutions using Force.com, Salesforce.com Service and/or Sales Cloud functionality and can be the lead for the implementation of these solutions within a customer organization. The consultant has a combination of contact center industry experience and expertise in Salesforce.com applications including the knowledge needed to implement multiple applications in common customer service scenarios. *Education and Required Experience (Requirements)* - B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education - Completed at least 5-10 full-lifecycle, enterprise Salesforce.com implementations with project ownership. Implementations must have included a combination of the following experience: - Business Analysis or Systems Consulting for a mid-to-large sized organizations or Consulting including strong analytical and product management skills with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translating those into technology and operational requirements - Progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in enterprise environments - Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional workshops of 10 – 50 people (including executive level teams) for process analysis and architecture requirements gathering. - Experience implementing or administering Sales Force Automation software in enterprise environments including identifying business requirements, collection of use cases/user stories, process design (swim lanes, work flow mapping, etc.), testing, training and implementation support - Experience architecting enterprise integration systems and proven ability to create integration landscape diagrams and use cases - Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas is required: - System Implementation, Change Enablement & User Adoption - Salesforce.com Sales Force Automation - Salesforce.com Service & Support - Salesforce.com Communities and Mobile *Thanks & Best Regards,* *G.
