Essentially the role requires the candidate to be part of project team to translate user requirements into technical design of components, Design and develop components in Security Engineering Department. •Successfully implement new or enhanced applications for Security Engineering Team. •Help develop specifications with the business analysts on a wide range of projects and initiatives, spanning the Securities domain •Design, document, implement, test, and release to the highest possible standard, with attention to detail •Work closely with the team locally and globally to create an effective team culture with strong delivery ethic •Deliver third line support as required and within the Processes laid out •Follow a formal Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC+) in every aspect of the development •Work on improving development process and adopt a more Agile method of development. •Create effective documentation Run user acceptance tests with a wide user base across the bank. Work with the product management and RDO teams to improve the product.
