State of Florida agency needs an Expert Level Web Applications Programmer
with extensive .NET experience (description attached).  The contract is one
year (July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017; estimated 1,920 hours) with possibility
of extension.



Need to have Public sector projects.


Min 10-12+ years of Senior Web Application Programmer (.NET) Consulting
experience.


Need to have Experience with MVC 5; Entity framework; Agile/Scrum
 methodology

1) have all the Required skill set and have worked as a "Senior Web
Application Programmer (.NET)" in a large & Complex enterprise level IT
Environment. Need to have Public sector projects.


2) have min 10-12+ years of Senior Web Application Programmer (.NET)
Consulting experience. Need to have Experience with MVC 5; Entity
framework; Agile/Scrum  methodology


3) can provide at least 3 verifiable experience from completed and/or
substantially completed jobs that closely match this request (Filling the
client provided form) + fill out a skill Matrix


4) Can go through a background check including fingerprinting + Agree to a
Face to face interview OR a WEB CAM Interview (at your own cost)


5) A Competitive Rate


6) will be available in July/August 2016 timeframe as it takes a minimum of
3 weeks for a start after a successful interview.

•             7+ years’ experience in C# programming language

Responsibilities





The Web Applications Programmer will be responsible for the following:


•             Understanding the project requirements and project goals and
using that understanding to produce deliverables


•             Working with Business Analyst to create and/or update
project, technical, and training materials as needed.


•             Attend meetings between project stakeholder groups, vendors,
and Northwest Regional Data Center representatives


•             Actively participate in meetings or other project activities
to produce project deliverables


•             Communicating accomplishments to BA to produce weekly status
reports that outlines accomplishments and planned activities for the
following week


•             Understanding the project requirements and project goals and
using that understanding to produce project deliverables


•             Communicating project progress and information to key
stakeholders.


•             Assisting in the preparation of information for program
leadership team, executive steering committee, and project manager as
appropriate.


•             Ensuring technical direction and standards for infrastructure
and software applications are being followed.


•             Understanding strategic project direction and tactical goals,
and effectively participating in the development and implementation of
business solutions.


•             Assisting both internal and external resources to achieve
business solutions within project guidelines.


•             Identifying and eliminating obstacles to solution plans,
business goals or implementation. Assist in the development and
implementation of


contingency plans.


•             Participating in conference calls with State and Federal
stakeholders, as necessary.


•             Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging
technologies and possible application to the project/ program.
