The primary role of the Salesforce Test Lead is to provide tactical
management, administration and leadership throughout the Salesforce test
team. Drive the design and implementation of testing solutions to satisfy
functional and non-functional requirements across the CRM platform to
ensure quality and timely delivery to Production
*Position Requirements:*
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Test Lead
- Agile experience
- 2+ years’ experience leading testing across the SalesForce clouds
including:
- Salesforce.com Sales Cloud
- Salesforce.com Service Cloud
- Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce.com Communities and Mobile
- Salesforce.com Force.com platform development
- 1+ years of object-oriented programming experience using Java
and/or C#
- 1+ years’ test automation experience using Selenium preferably with C#
- 2+ years testing experience against Service-Oriented Architecture
(SOA) solutions
- Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems using web
services and app exchange apps
- Experience testing SalesForce with integrated product Pricing models
or tools
