This is *Ashok* from *Oslo Solutions.*, we have the below opening with our *Direct Client.* Please go through the below job description and let me know your comfort and availability so that we can discuss and proceed further. *Title: Sr. Business Analyst* *Location: **Peoria, IL* *Duration: 6 Months * Required: · Use analytical know-how, SQL and Salesforce skills to spot key business insights, trends in manufacturing domain · Help interpret and communicate your findings in a way that’s easily understood by the average, non-technical stakeholders (e.g., executives, marketers, and sales staff) · Interact with internal and external clients to extract, interpret, and communicate data · Draw out key business insights and provide actionable recommendations · Develop graphs/dashboards/metrics from raw data to help show ROI to customers · Put together compelling (but easily understood) presentations to help the integrations team to understand data flow · Act as point of contact and leader on the Salesforce BA team for the project · Assess high level design issues relating to platform, enterprise software, and interactions with other systems. · Work and lead a multi-vendor engagement. *Key Job Functions:* ü Provide design leadership in large or complex development projects involving application development, migrations, additions to existing applications. Participate in project meetings with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts. ü Assess and develop high level design requirements for project and communicate in writing or in meetings with development team. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements. ü Review application in progress of development to ensure compliance with overall design parameters and corporate development standards. Guide programmers/developers on technical issues. ü Develop or review development of test protocols for testing application before user acceptance. Review test results and direct further development. ü May provide, or guide provision of technical support to applications currently in production. ü May mentor or guide work of less experienced programming and development staff. *Specialized Knowledge & Skills:* * Certified Consultant/Developer on Salesforce Platform; recent certification preferred. * Experience integrating Salesforce cloud solution with enterprise applications, identify and access management and 3^rd party products. * Broad experience across all Salesforce domain offerings. * Strong consulting skills; ability to collaborate *Thanks & Regards* *Ashok.
