*Position: SAP CRB/ CRM Consultant*
*Location: Detroit, MI*
*Duration: 6+ months contract( Extendable )*
We have the following need for a SAP CRB/CRM consultant in Detroit for a
June 16 start.
• 3+ years’ experience in a client facing consulting role
• Dynamic work approach and ability to adapt quickly to the
client environment
• Experience with the concept of using technology to enable
business process, such as large system implementations
• Experience with integration concepts, specifically SOA and
SAP PI
• Experience with database technologies and reporting
• Experience with SAP HANA desired but not required
• Ability to travel if not located in the Detroit, MI area
• Fluency in process documentation tools (Visio, etc.) with a
structured approach
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Background in utilities required
• Experience with SAP CRB software required (SAP CRM experience
would be desirable in addition to CRB experience but not as a substitute)
• Tasks include:
• Review results of initial process definition workshops
including defined gaps between out of the box system technology and future
state needs
• Identify opportunities for improvement in client's future
state technical operating environment and solutions
• Participate in workshops with the goals of definition of
system of record, contributing towards key enterprise wide decisions, and
understanding system integration points
• Produce deliverables and documentation including:
• Solution Architecture documents for core business processes
which will include: Major Systems diagram, System Integration data flow
diagrams, System of Record definition, Opportunities of Front/Back
office improvements (outputs of enterprise design process), Key Project
Decisions/Dependencies
• Current and future state architecture diagrams, including
data, logical, and physical views
• Contribute to functional design documents
• Create technical design documents
