Job Identification
Job Title : Java Application Developer II Level
Position Start Date : Negotiable
Position End Date: 6 months


Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

Front-end or back-end application development work.
The design, development, creation, integration, performance and user
testing and documentation of new and amended programs from supplied
specifications in accordance with agreed standards.JAVA
Demonstrates ability to design complex applications using Object Oriented
Design techniques.
Understands and can employ design patterns.
Has superior core Java language knowledge.
Understands and can utilize XML in conjunction with Java applications.
Has an understanding and experience in one or more of the following Java
server side technologies: Web Services, Java Message Services (JMS), Java
Database Connections (JDBC),
Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), J2EE Containers | SQL |
Has an understanding and experience in one or more of the following Java
interface technologies:
Java Server Pages (JSP), JSTL, Swing, HTML, Java Script, AJAX | Has an
understanding and experience in one or more of the following Java Open
Source frameworks.

Q. Describe the project they will be working on?
A. Building compliance products.

Q. What are the Top Skills needed to perform this role/job?
A.
1. Knowledge working in hybrid environment where both C++ & Java
applications co-exist.
2. Knowledge of Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
3. Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Shell Scripting, Unix/Linux, SOA.
4. Knowledge of QA Automation processes and tools.
5. Familiarity with Sonar, Fortify, GIT and Jira is required.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodology, Database performance, HTML,XML,UML
is preferred

Q. What would the typical work day look like for this contractor (what are
they responsible for)?
A. Java developer with in-depth knowledge of Java and building scalable
products and conducting tuning.

Q. Any technology companies or a particular industry background that you
would like them to come from?
A. If they have come from a company that they build Payment Processing
development.

Q. What is your interview process? (phone, interview panel, loop) Who will
be reviewing resumes, do you need help setting up a delegate?
A. Technical phone interview and one in-person interview (3 rounds of
technical interview and a Manager interview)


Education / Experience / Skill sets

Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MSc/ BSc - Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in
marketing, business, information technology or a related discipline or
equivalent is required.

Experience: MIN 5 YEARS
