*Please send us resume to : madh...@skolix.com* * * Position: *Performance Test Lead with load Runner* Location: *Auburn Hills, Michigan* Duration : *8 - 12 + Months* ** * * *Job Description: * • Be the point of the contact for non-functional testing services (automation, performance and/or vulnerability scanning) for the assigned program / project. • Responsible for the non-functional testing solution direction and implementation of the non-functional test processes and standards for the assigned program / project. • Work with the Test Manager on overall test solution delivery for the program / project. • Manage the non-functional test leads and test analysts assigned to the program / project. • Ensure that TCoE practices and methodologies are appropriately implemented. • Monitor the program / project for impacts to the testing environments, processes and tools. • Establish communication and escalation procedures within the team and project / program. • Facilitate the creation of test deliverables. • Review and approve test estimates, test strategies and test plans/cases. • Mentor team members in the program / project test efforts. • Ensure team has access to the required tools, processes, and other artifacts needed to facilitate delivery. • Facilitate training on test tools, methodologies and frameworks. • Review and approve all tool / methodology / framework modifications. • Escalate test issues to the attention of the TCoE manager. • Produce / facilitate the creation of status updates, reports and metrics. • Expert knowledge in HP Test Tools: Quality Center, LoadRunner / Performance Center and QTP. • Strong database knowledge in Oracle and/or SQL Server. • Working experience in SQL, XML. • Working experience in Java, VB and other languages. • Experience in web-based software development desired • Familiar with a variety of software test concepts, practices, and procedures.
