Coordinate discussions between eAlliance Account Managers and their eAlliance partners on blue chip project deliverables and action items. 2. Facilitate the discussions for integration and partner testing with the internal teams and then with the eAlliance partners. 3. Engage the eAlliance team to identify and manage risks and action items related to the blue chip project. 4. Support the Agent and Employer Program Manager on portfolio deliverables. 5. Hand off projects to Project Manager(s) and attend Discovery and/or Analysis sessions. 6. Record updated status in Eclipse to be shared with senior leaders. 7. Monitor and track deliverables. 8. Manage any challenges, issues, risks or obstacles to completing the projects on time. 9. Escalate on time. 10. Manage project changes 11. Be an active listener, with strong reasoning, negotiation, and judgment skills coupled with emotional intelligence What type of Education will this person need? If the person doesn’t have a PMP, they should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in project management. Is this person part of a team? Yes, this person will be part of the PMO, and will be teaming with the Agent/Employer team. As such, knowledge and understanding of the Insurance Agent is valuable. What software skills are needed?
