*Enterprise Systems Engineer* *Location : Seattle, WA **( Need Local consultant )* *Duration : Long Term* *Key skills required**:* Linux, Windows, Scripting, Application Deployment, Troubleshooting, FTP, Scheduling, Jobs - Provide technical leadership for multiple enterprise infrastructure technologies including design, strategic decision-making, project planning, project implementation & execution as well as ongoing technology sustainment - Own at least one core infrastructure technologies: Active Directory, DNS, Altiris, VMware, Scripting, Local Traffic Manager, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, Citrix, E-mail, FTP, UNIX, Linux, Windows Servers, Security & Compliance Standards, etc. - Be a subject matter expert in at least 3 infrastructure technologies - Provide guidance and direction on core infrastructure technologies, ensuring they fit within our strategic vision - Make strategic and tactical decisions surrounding the future of their core infrastructure technology - Ensure organizational acceptance as well as thorough communication for any changes to technologies they are responsible for - Develop and refine expert skills in Leadership, Project Management, Hardware/Software Architecture & Best Practice, Security & Compliance, and Server Architectures (Linux, UNIX, and Windows) - Perform duties of an Enterprise Systems Engineer I - Lead system assessments and recommendations for potential enterprise systems - Lead the design, implementation and documentation of infrastructure or enterprise system projects - Pursue industry leading certifications and training - Partner with IT and the business community to provide technology solutions that improve existing processes. - Develop & document standards, technical guidelines, and/or audit controls for at least one enterprise system - Provide technical support, direction, and mentoring to junior level team members inside your department, including your immediate team - Participate in the team on-call rotation - Other duties as assigned *Qualifications**:* - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related study, or equivalent experience required - Minimum 6 years of documented work experience in designing, implementing and supporting enterprise computing systems required - Minimum 8+ years of documented IT experience required - Broad base of experience with different technical platforms (Windows, UNIX, Linux, VMware, LTM's, Altiris, Enterprise E-mail, etc.) required - Proven ability to perform level 3 technical support, as well as project management techniques required - Experience leading enterprise system implementations and providing recommendations (best practice, roadmap, technical value) required - Experience creating policy, compliance, or system documents required - Experience conveying knowledge to diverse groups of people, such as training classes or informal knowledge sharing events such as lunch series preferred . *Thanks and Regards* *Manish Srivastava* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *IDC Technologies, Inc.* *408-844-3778* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
