*Description:    *

·         5 to 8 years of global HCM experience

·         Understanding of system data management principles and Workday
HCM configuration

·         Advanced knowledge of reporting with the ability to create new
metrics, reports or queries based upon business requirements

·         Ability to translate moderately complex systems concepts to
non-technical users in a productive and supportive manner

·         Knowledge of Human Resources including
Benefits/Compensation/Payroll to support business requirements and resolve
system, process or analytical issues

·         3-5 years of project management experience with skills in
evaluating objectives, milestones, and goals combined with a successful
record of managing tasks to meet projects goals and timelines

·         Experience in full cycle implementation of HCM modules which
includes requirements, design, build, test, and implementation phases

·         Ability to translate business requirements into design
specifications

·         Ability to resolve HCM issues in an effectively, efficient and
timely manner

·         Advanced organizational and analytical skills to work through
ambiguous information and data

·         Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

·         Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and
demonstrate accountability

·         Intermediate oral and written communication skills demonstrating
ability to share and impart knowledge

·         Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight
deadlines and stressful conditions

·         Intermediate investigative, analytical and problem solving skills

·         Intermediate interpersonal skills

·         Ability to set goals and handle multiple tasks, clients, and
projects simultaneously; Ability to appropriately balance priorities,
deadlines, and deliverables

·         Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in
department/team projects

·         Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives

·         Ability to foster customer service as needed
