Workday HCM Akron, OH 3-6 months Skype *Position description: * This technical position is responsible for providing application maintenance, configuration and support for Veyance’s Workday system. Application maintenance tasks include but are not limited to performing providing enhancements or configuration changes that have been approved through the request process and in line with release strategies, developing test cases and performing tests to ensure correct configurations. Application support includes but is not limited to handling incident tickets, performing security based tasks such as adding users, following up directly with users, providing documentation as needed, monitoring batch processes/integrations, following change management processes.
