Position; Senior Business Analyst strong AEM Experience is mandatory Location; Atlanta, Georgia Duration: 6+ months Senior Business Analyst / w AEM Primary Responsibilities: Research and identify industry best practices related to business needs Define and capture business and functional requirements (with direction) Document the requirements in a client ready format Understand business processes/problems and identify areas of inefficiency Raise and support the resolution of issues, risks and dependencies related to the business requirements of a functional or cross functional area Participate in collaboration with the creative and technology team members to ensure that business requirements are understood Document basic business processes that support the requirements (with direction) Develop business and system use cases (with direction) Validate that requirements are testable Review test cases Trace the requirements (Traceability Matrix) Conduct requirements walkthrough for internal teams Serve as Note Taker, if needed, during workshops and working sessions Capture stakeholder input during interviews Develop business relationships with operational level clients (under supervision) to support requirements definition Experience Guidelines: 2-5 years of experience in business consulting and client services in areas such as, Content Management, Interactive Architecture etc. Able to analyze business requirements and define solutions to address complex business needs Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team Demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects Capable of interacting with individuals at all client organizational levels Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Visio, and Project College degree required Education: Ideal candidate will have an MBA or MS degree in related field or equivalent military experience Description: Senior Business Analyst / w AEM Need senior BA with strong experience with CMS ( AEM ).
