   - Must be very hands on and ready to wear several hats – Technology Guru
   and Technical Leader/Sr. Developer
   - Well rounded skill sets in Java/JEE/GWT to provide end to end
   Enterprise solutions for Financial Services Industry in Compliance Group
   - Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, assimilating large
   amounts of information quickly, and developing strategies and products with
   a minimal amount of oversight. Strong working relationship skills, with
   various stake holders particularly with senior executives
