This consultant needs a mix of Architecture, Engineering, and Operational
Support skills.  The consultant will perform all three duties (85% new
development, 15% Hadoop Admin)

Hadoop administration experience required

Java experience required

NoSQL stores experience required (team uses HBase but other similar stores
are accepted)

On call rotation is required (low volume)
