Must have 3+ years of Guide ware experience (Billing Center Preferred ) 2. Test Automation is not mandatory, as it would be more of manual testing. Good to have automation experience as in future they are planning to go for Devops in their organization 3. Mobile device testing/Mobile App Testing (Not mandatory, but good to have) 4. HP ALM/UFT Experience required (Mandatory) 5. AGILE/DEVOPS SDLC Required (Not mandatory, but good to have) 6. 2+Years of Property and Casualty experience required (Mandatory) *7. **Resource 1 – is for a duration of 6 months. Can extend to another 6 months* *8. **Resource 2 – is for a duration of 3 months. Can extend to 3 months* *Please note this requirement is shared with all their vendors. So its first come first serve. We need to be aggressive to close them in next couple of days* *Duties:* ü Gather and analyze requirements. ü Participate in the Business Requirements Document (BRD) review and Functional Design Document review meetings. ü Provide input to the project QA estimates. ü Perform any necessary follow-up on requirements analysis, estimates, including re-estimates, attendance at kickoff meetings, etc. ü Assist in preparing and reviewing the project test strategy ü Prepare and review the functional test plan (test scenarios, conditions and data). ü Review and estimate change requests and modify the functional test plan if needed. ü Review and validate test results and defect reports by the Test Executers. ü Defect and issue identification, logging, tracking, resolution, and reporting. ü Tasks status communication to QA Test Lead. ü Ensure testing commitments are met and communicate potential impacts to target dates to the QA Test Lead. ü Identify risks to testing and communicate to the QA Test Lead. ü Help identify and implement new process improvements. Assist in existing process improvements. Adhere to all QA processes and procedures. ü Conduct training for new QA team members. ü Build and manage strong working relationships.
