This job will have the following responsibilities: * Provides technical direction and oversight to application development staff in defining technical architecture to meet requirements and provide maximum stability and system performance. * Leads design and code reviews of development staff to ensure quality, consistency with architectural design, maintainability, and industry best practices. * Rapidly synthesize information about emerging technologies. * Identifies weaknesses in current infrastructure/system architecture and leads the team in resolving and implementing the solution. * Performs complex technical analysis of software, hardware, infrastructure and network systems. * Diagnoses, isolates and de-bugs infrastructure problems and performs problem resolution. * Analyzes the results of workflow plans, monitors operating systems and recommends changes to improve processing and utilization. * Designs and manages standards to minimize possible conflicts with other equipment and applications within the enterprise. * Monitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures and provides Tier 2 technical support. Qualifications & Requirements: * ServiceNow Ticket Management, Clarity Time Management, Project Management tasks will be assigned, Meetings and Planning sessions, RFC's Change management * 5+ years of experience networking troubleshooting/design, Cisco routing and switch configuration management, CheckPoint firewall experience is a plus, Data center Cisco Nexus Switching Environment. * Data center relocation experience would be a huge benefit. * Bachelor's Degree- Preferred * Information Systems (IS) Licenses & Certifications- Plus * CCNP * Cert/Lic in Area of Expertise * ITIL * MCSE -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
