*Genesys EngineerAtlanta, GA6+ Months Contract* The customer needs the resources to assist with Genesys related activities to help the customer with converting their in-house legacy IVR applications that are migrating to GVP8. Individual(s) will need the necessary skills and expertise for these items: • Hands-on experience with GVP8 IVR installation and administration. • Hands-on experience Windows 2003/2008 server administration. • Experience with Nuance Speech recognition. • Experience with Genesys Proactive Contact Solution a plus. • Some basic GVP8 IVR app development experience a plus. • Must be able to pass a background check (must be a US citizen). • Basic SQL scripting knowledge a plus. The Consultant must have strong communication, interpersonal, and technical skills. The Consultant will need the ability to articulate complex concepts to business and management level customer employees and coordinate activities with project management. The ideal Consultant is highly motivated and willing to take initiative in order to drive successful engagements.
