Develop and implement procedures and programs (such as safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomic and environmental protection) ensuring compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies; research, determine applicability and implement plans for compliance with health and safety regulations; develop and maintain metrics; 2. Coordinate and participate in facilities and equipment repairs with outside contractors; 3. Lead facility safety inspections and coordinate departmental safety committee activities; support and provide training to ensure awareness of safety and facilities requirements; 4. Lead the monitoring and scheduling of facility-related activities, service/request calls and coordinate to ensure timely completion; 5. Investigate and make recommendations for process and equipment improvements; 6. Perform routine maintenance and facilities activities as required; 7. Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, rules and guidelines; 8.
