It also needs to understand how to test mobile applications and applications that run on docker/mesos. Position Summary: We are looking for experienced and skilled Performance Test Architect to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The candidate will work closely with Product owners, Application architects, Development teams, Infrastructure Team, Support teams, Cross Organizational Teams and Sr Management to gather and analyze non-functional requirements of the complex systems such as: reliability, availability, and scalability. This role will be responsible for design, deliver, monitor, and optimize high-performing systems that ensure scalability and minimize performance issues. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with various stack holders to implement performance engineering best practices and long-term solutions Work with various teams to define SLA, shape non-functional requirements and performance of various components in the system Provide recommendations on the Performance test approach/strategy Ability to prepare and maintain performance models which describe application performance and capacity Ability to investigate system bottlenecks and recommend tuning option to improve performance Participate in general solution architecture activates for various projects Analyze and research performance tuning and architectural trade-offs of various areas of system to improve performance Monitor, collect and analyze resource usage for physical servers and Virtual servers Monitor, collect and analyze various performance metrics for Web Servers, Application servers, Database servers, Bigdata technology, Mobile devices etc Develop test scripts and scenarios for various types of performance tests Conduct Performance tests, analyze test results, and suggest performance improvements Drive performance engineering as part of agile development Troubleshoot test environment and take action to keep environment up and running Ability to multi-task and adopt to rapidly changing priorities Conduct technical assessment as a part of proof-of-concept activity Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred 10+ years of experience in Performance Engineering 3+ years’ experience in system architecture, tuning and performance analysis Mathematics and Statistical knowledge Applications PoC and Benchmarking Web, Mobile, J2EE, Big Data, SOA, REST API Technologies background is a plus Experience with Data Centers infrastructure (Virtualization, Containers, AWS, Azure, Bluemix etc) Understanding of performance analysis for Windows / Linux / UNIX Track record of innovation and creativity in problem solving Proven experience in designing and managing robust performance testing framework in support of continuous integration and deployment processes for high volume mission-critical application or platform Ability to pick up new concepts and apply them quickly in daily work Required Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and other Performance Test teams, including communicating across organizational boundaries and geographies Strong skills using Load generation tools such as HP ALM PC, Load Runner, StormRunner, JMeter Strong Skills and experience on monitoring/Diagnostic tools such as Wily Introscope, SiteScope, Dynatrace, AppDynamics Open source profilers etc Experience in testing Web, J2EE, SOA, REST, Mobile, Big Data technologies Experience with tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, YSlow and WebPage Test Experience with Load balancers, Webservers, Application servers, Database Servers, Operating System, Network Software and Hardware Skills in Web server, Application server and Database performance tuning Ability to continually learn/engage with new technologies and programming techniques Experience in Linux: Cpu, Memory, Disk and Network performance analysis and bottlenecks identification Skills on Linux OS (SuSE) to troubleshoot and collect performance data Experience in Performance metrics of J2EE: GC, Heap Analysis, Java threads Experience in Mobile Application testing background Experience in log analysis using tools such as Splunk, ELK Stack etc Ability to understand scalability concepts of complex systems Experience Network topologies, TCP/IP, routing, load balancing Experience in Network virtualization and Service virtualization tools \ Preferred Skills: Experience in Mobile testing of iOS and Androids apps using tools such as Perfecto, Soasta Experience in Protractor, Selenium and Appium frameworks Experience in testing of AngularJS, NodJS, MongoDB technologies Experience in SCM tools such as Jenkins, Puppet Experience in testing CDN Experience in testing with container technologies (Docker) *Vineet Mishra* *Technical Recruiter* 1 Point System LLC Unit 103, 206 N College St, Pineville, North Carolina, 28134 *P*: *803-317-2541* *E* : vin...@1pointsys.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
