The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Information technology support services contract for the SSA. Description of Work: · Derive business processes, analyze user needs, participate in user story/requirements definition, design browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing. Elicit business goals and user needs from stakeholders. Create Personas and Scenarios of Use. Create and refine screen prototypes. Communicate well in both writing and verbally · Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis · Coordinate project task and activities Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities. · Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of relevant work experience or Master’s Degree and 5 years of relevant work experience. · Must have minimum 5 years direct Interaction/Interface design experience in User-Centered Methods and User Analysis. 5 years’ experience documenting user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations. 5 years’ experience in designing and conducting formative usability tests in both formal and informal settings. 5 years’ experience preparing and presenting findings and recommendations in small and large group settings. Must have a strong understanding of responsive design.
