Location: Irvine, CA

BSA needed with strong experience with SharePoint, working knowledge as a
Business Systems Analyst (BSA), communication skills(verbal/written) and
ability to adapt to change while working with multiple teams.



-Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data
aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.
-Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions.
-Works directly with clients and project and business leaders to identify
analytical requirements.
-Requires 4-6 years of experience.

As a key member of the IT Development team focused on SHAREPOINT
development, a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work directly with
business users to capture requirements, breakdown requirements into SCRUM
stories, and work with the SCRUM teams to establish release plans and
deliver solutions based on business needs. BSA’s must be able to
collaborate with members from various disciplines outside of the
development team including Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations,
Quality Management and other shared services in doing so, and when
necessary formulate new project proposals including solution options,
cost-benefit analysis as well as initial resource planning and schedule.
BSA’s must have hands-on experience working in AGILE SCRUM development
environments, an ability to breakdown stories into manageable work units,
prior success in establishing and delivering against sprint release plans,
a history of working with business leads to rank order stories based on
priority, a skillset to validate and acceptance test features as they are
developed, the discipline to actively manage a dynamic Product Backlog of
stories and the insight to design successful technical solutions.
BAS’s must be able to concurrently support multiple applications of various
maturities, and draw appropriate resources from various teams in responding
to production issues in a timely manner.
BSA’s should have direct experience in designing, delivering, supporting
Microsoft Sharepoint-based applications using either out of the box (OOTB)
and custom built features. BSA’s will minimally support existing
applications in the MSS NAD portfolio including Marketing Touchpoint
Calendar (MKC), Management Analysis Portal (MAP), and Investment
Professional BIOS (IP BIOS) as well as a number of upcoming applications.




*Must Have*
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
• Working experience with Agile Methodology
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint technology – both out
of box and custom built features
• Skilled in a requirement management tool. Quality Center is highly
desirable
• 4 years of applicable experience
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and
work experience is acceptable.
