Implementation preparation - identify code changes, permissioning, hardware, network, middleware, data, job scheduling, scripts, feeds, processes to/from other apps and external vendors, change tickets. Produce Run Book/hour by hour plan for release weekends, including checks required (batch runs, online checks, report checks, connectivity checks, feeds, business user checks, Produce SLA Matrix.
