Thanks. *Role & Responsibilities:* - Report directly to the Director of Quantitative Strategy and Head of Program Trading - Work with Senior Program Trading Group members to develop a Trade Cost Analysis model and interface including a new email template for post trade reporting - Develop a routine that optimally merges equity “tick” data with customer order data on the millisecond level - Develop regular market structure research with aid of Director of Quantitative Strategy and be able to communicate and understand market structure issues with traders and customers - Eventually develop a pre-trade model along with the Director of Quantitative Strategy - Be able to interface with traders at buy side institutions regarding research and the firms pre/post trade products - Develop benchmarks/metrics to measure market impact, detect potential gaming, identify toxic trading venues - Develop predictive statistical models to predict multi-day trading costs based on market, stock and trade level characteristics *Required Experience:* - Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics with a significant programming foundation and strong GPA - 3-4 years total development experience - Experience developing WPF GUI's in C# and XAML - Solid OO foundation especially as it applies to the C# language - Working knowledge of MVVM and other Prism patterns - Demonstrable knowledge of data structures, algorithms and multi-thread programming - Proficiency with databases and SQL - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to work independently and pro-actively - Self-sufficient, must demonstrate the ability to lead given the opportunity - Strong written and verbal communication skills, must be fluent in English ____________________________________________________---------- *Requirement: 2* *Position: SAP Basis Administration* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: 6+ Months* Required Skills: SAP Basis Administration including System Refreshes, SAP HANA Administration Responsible for in-depth BASIS Administration with SAP Netweaver suites. • Provide the day to day Basis administration support (24*7). • Responsible for installation & upgrades of SAP components • Researches & implements solutions within Basis functionality in areas of performance monitoring, tuning and systems configurations, design & implementation. • Responsible for setup, configuration and troubleshooting of complex environments (e.g. clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.) • Function as point of contact for production SAP Basis related issues. Experience • 4 to 7 years of experience in required technologies and qualifications Qualifications (Minimum Education or Equivalent) BS in computer or related field and SAP Basis Certification. • 2 Full cycle implementation experience • Good understanding on virtualization & high availability • Ability to independently install SAP upgrades/patches and perform routine SAP system administration functions. • Ability to multi-task • Good co-ordination and organization skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong customer service and conflict management skills. ________________________________________________________ *Requirement: 3* *Position : ETL Developer Senior/Architect* *Location: Chicago, IL* *Duration: Long Term* Ab Initio ETL Developer Senior/Architect role is expected to have experience working with Ab Inito tools with RDBMS (DB2) environments on multiple platforms. This person is responsible for all tasks involved in extracting, transforming and loading data into the warehouse.
