Linux/Unix OS internals Networking concepts and Database Concepts Cloud background in distributed systems Experience in managing project timelines, executive communication Large scale distributed systems Engineering Management / Administration Hands-on experience (Hardware configuration, OS, Platform, Network and Data modeling) and n-Tier Application support and SQL Database experience Production Datacenter and Application Experience. o HW Installs o OS Installs o System level troubleshooting o Network Support Network Engineering design and Implementation Architecture Assessment for performance, availability and scalability and Hands on experience with Cloud implementations (Amazon AWS, VMware, Savvis etc.) Rollback and Recovery Modeling and Interface with horizontal team with focus on building trust among dev/QA/Business teams and help uplift the Certainty factorin product delivery lifecycle *Nice to have:* Spring Cloud or Netflix OSS Microservice experience Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Tools Standardization; Code Quality tools enforcement Code Coverage, Static analysis and Performance analysis Reducing technical debt (simplify complexity, avoid duplications, increase maintainability, productivity improvements) End-to-end infrastructure to platform to application setup experience. Multi-datacenter build-out and support experience. Business continuity planning, design, and implementation analysis. Organic and inorganic capacity modeling and proactive provisioning experience. Architecture and design standards definition and enforcement focused on non-functional properties and Single View of Support Problem, Incident and Change Management and Experience in agile development and Knowledge management and Establish Operational Level Agreements and SLAs and Automated incident analysis and feedback and Proactive Monitoring and Alerts and Automation Services and DevOps Dashboard (including health checks) and Capacity modeling and Storage design and backup modeling and Self-provisioning services Operations Dashboard and Reports (KPIs) and Revenue-Performance Analysis Strong ability to collaborate and build solutions with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, quality engineering, and operations and Can effectively work with partners and customers ?
