Under general direction, the selected candidate working with technical
staff, business analysts and business staff will perform lifecycle tasks
including:

·         Define and document business requirements;

·         Create functional/design specifications;

·         Develop business processes and workflows;

·         Create e-forms;

·         Configure OnBase;

·         Create test plans;

·         Create end user training;

·         Provide production support.

The ability to communicate, both written and verbal, will be a key success
factor. Candidate will facilitate and document meeting discussions between
business end users, business analysts and technical analysts. Candidate
will mentor current DHHS technical and business staff in ECM specific
methodologies and OnBase features, toolsets and configurations.

The selected candidate will follow guidelines, best practices and standards
prescribed by the centralized State hosted OnBase Enterprise Content
Management team.

*POSITION REQUIREMENTS*

*Required*

·         A Bachelor’s degree in IT related field of study.

·         5 years software development experience, including broad exposure
to the software development lifecycle.

·         3+ years’ experience developing with OnBase.

·         3+ years’ experience with OnBase in preparing the following
documentation: Functional Specifications, Design, Test Plans (Unit and
UAT), End User Training and Solution Support Documentation.

·         2+ years’ experience integrating 3rd party systems with OnBase
using C# .NET and Enterprise Web application development projects.

·         3+ years’ experience with OnBase Discovery (Analysis) using the
OnBase modules listed under preferred.

·         Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.



*Preferred*

·         3+ years with the following OnBase Modules:

o   Capture and Indexing;

o   Foldering;

o   Application enabler;

o   OnBase API’s;

o   Facsimile Import for Right Fax;

o   Distributed Disk Service;

o   Web Server;

o   EDM Services;

o   Unity Forms;

o   Workflow;

o   DKT;

o   Records Management.



·         Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft
Project, Microsoft Office or similar products.

·         Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Visio and Microsoft Access.

·         Experience as an application developer working as part of a
larger team.
