   - Experience in designing the Salesforce compatible solution.
   - Exposure in writing User Stories for development and testing team.
   - Lead the development team by providing the guidance and support that
   are required to deliver the user stories.
   - Review the code and test scripts.
   - Experience in handling Client and Technical Team.
   - Provide the technical support to offshore team.
   - Client expectation management.
   - Resource Management.
   - Risk/Issue management
   - End-to-End Project Delivery (Detail Design + Build + test + deploy +
   Post production support).

*Desirable Qualification:-*

   - Salesforce.com Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
   - Salesforce.com Certified Developer
   - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
