responsible for application maintenance and production support of one or
more applications.



*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*

coding standards and best practices.

*JOB SUMMARY:*

The IT Resource and Demand Manager works under minimal supervision in the
planning, scheduling and reporting of Company-wide IT resource allocations
and work demand management.

This position manages the coordination of human resource needs for IT
projects and sets expectations for the work demand coming from all IT
clients. Develops the systems and processes to ensure that business,
project and employee needs are met in the assignment of staff to projects
and in the management of client demand. Responsible for forecasting,
planning and scheduling staff needs based on project plans and annual
budgeting processes. Develops and manages a staff utilization process,
ensuring that staff resources are fairly and evenly distributed and that IT
team members are not over utilized across projects and support activities.

Identifies project interrelationships and overall changes in demand that
will affect priority and resource allocation decisions. Leads the resource
