*Position : Workday Analyst * *Location : Foster city , CA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: $ 60/hr on C2C Max.... (DOE)* *Specific Responsibilities and skills for Position* Responsible for supporting the Workday HCM implementation focusing on system testing, data validation, report development and data migration activities. Responsible for carrying out the operational responsibilities of data analysis and reporting functions for assigned area in order to assist management in the successful analysis and achievement of goals. Serve as key point of contact for system related questions and issues (e.g. system access, navigation, etc.) Develop standard and custom reports per client requests. May provide recommendations to meet reporting requirements. Implement improvements/enhancements to new and existing HR applications, reports, business processes, etc. based on direction from more senior HRIS employees. Provide training on new and existing functionality to new and existing users as well as support of users after go-live. Ensure systems are compliant with company system security standards and that security controls are in place. Requires working knowledge and understanding of HRIS systems used by the Company. Knowledge of data management and database management processes. 6+ years of relevant experience in HR/HR Operations and a BA or BS degree.
