Be able to work with corporate security (SOC /Info Security/Global
Security) to understand business objectives and define solutions.
Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of critical
security business applications.
Works with technology partners to integrate solutions and ensure product
stability
• Familiarity with Log and Event management tools (LogRhythm)
• Familiarity with the Installation, configuration and support of 3rd party
products
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows / Unix / Lnux)
• Ability to write and run SQL commands / queries
Desired Skills:
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• DOS/Powershell scripting
experience working with SIEMS Tools. Vanguard uses Logrhythm, but would
entertain candidates with experience with competing products such as splunk
or Qradar
To provide technical support for complex security projects and ensure
reliable operation of production environment. To monitor, troubleshoot, and
install software/tools operating on one or more systems (Windows / Unix /
Linux). To develop integration scripts with existing systems and reports
for automating key functionality
