Background of Project - SharePoint 2010 was implemented into the CCC (Case
Coordination Center’s) environment in 2014. The custom SharePoint
development was done and most of it is in the production phase at this
point. They need someone to come in, assess whether or not the remaining
development was done correctly before they implement the rest of the
modules into production. They’re also looking to create a QA/Development
environment, based off the current Production environment, to develop and
test new features before they deploy them live into production. Most of the
structure is already in place, this person will be tweaking and fixing
things to make them more efficient. They also want this person to help
decipher what features make sense to QA before they deploy it into
production. For example, small items like calendar schedules do not need to
be put into a QA environment and tested. Larger items like Web site changes
or adding widgets should be tested before going into production. This
person will assist in identifying what items are tested and what items go
straight into production based off their expertise.

*Needs*
- SharePoint 2010 or 2012 experience
- Should have migrated SharePoint 2010 or 2012 into a mid to large sized
environment before
- Scripting deployments
- Custom development

*Description:*
· Work with an IT peer group in gathering refining user requirements and
documents
· Experience in developing Sharepoint sites with the functions described
above.
· Expertise in Sharepoint Designer
· Expertise in Fast Search
· Expertise in Roles
· Expertise in Security
· Expertise in Sharepoint Service Applications
· Expertise in Central Management
· Expertise in establishing Document Templates
· Expertise in establishing and maintaining Managed Metadata Stores
· Share knowledge and best practices to IT peer group

Build Sharepoint sites for Regional Departments (CCC ORD) in which the
users may span multiple Medical Centers in Kaiser Permanente. CCC has
purchased servers and software for the following:
· Sharepoint 2010 server and licenses for sharepoint users
· SQL 2008 Server, Sharepoint data repository
· Fast Search for Sharepoint
· Std. and Enterprise Licenses for each user
A virtualized development / test environment and a production environment
are setup.

*Sharepoint:*

Under general supervision, Candidate1 will build Sharepoint sites for
Regional Departments that span multiple Medical Centers in Kaiser
Permanente. Business Functionality would include:
· Document Management
· Search
· Links to resources
· Alerts
· Calendars
· Scheduling
· Issues List
