*Business System Analyst * *6 Months* *Burbank, CA* 1. Should have a good and proven experience as a BSA 2. Exposure to working as a BSA in multi-site/distributed team is a definite preference 3. Acquire good knowledge of the product in a short duration and position quickly as the SME in the team 4. Constantly interacts with Product Owners and captures requirements, refines the same and grooms the User Stories in a timely manner 5. Clearly articulates the stories, acceptance criteria, cites relevant analogies, highlights dependencies etc. 6. Acts as a functional bridge between Product Owners and Team (Dev and QA) 7. Understands the release plans and aids in prioritizing the features/Product Backlogs with due diligence working with PMs, Product Owners 8. Exposure to working as a BSA in an Agile Scrum project in a MUST 9. Experience in usage of Mingle, Enterprise Architect, Clearcase and Clearquest tools is a Highly-Plus 10. Exposure to accounting (Invoices, Pos, APs, GL, JE etc.) and Budgeting/Scheduling domain/tools in is a Highly-Plus 11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
