Full Description:
Manage and provide comprehensive technical support services to a high
availability/high reliability .NET based system. This effort focuses on
technical environment compatibility, upgrades, operational support,
security adherence, issue identification, defect resolution, administration
support, performance tuning, and help desk support necessary to maintain
the availability, reliability and security of the system.
- System Administration, Monitoring, Maintenance, and Support the
production system.
- Maintain and support the staging environment. The staging environment
is a replica of the production environment and is primarily used to
validate a build for production.
- Maintain and support the development and testing environment to
develop, debug, and fix issues raised in the production system. The
development environment must support source code control management and be
able to support the EPLC development methodology.
- Maintenance and updates of system related documentation including
system administration processes and procedures, architectural diagrams, and
data models (logical and physical) where necessary.
- Maintain and manage the production source code, build and install
scripts, configuration items such as requirements, design, and test
documents.
Experience Required
- At least 5 years of experience with the following and a total software
development experience of 8-10 years:
