*Network Engineer, Unified Communications in Downers Grove, ILThis is a
fulltime position located in Downers Grove, IL.*
*Any visa will work - client will transfer the visa.*
Senior level UC Architect responsible for participating in pre-sales calls
or meetings to define client issues and business/IT requirements. Identify
and define technology solutions, prepare statements of work, Visio
diagrams, and presentation documentation to articulate solutions.
Facilitate buy-in from all stakeholders.
*Provide subject matter expertise in any of the following areas:*
· Network LAN/WAN Infrastructure
· IP Telephony
· IP Call Center
· Unified Communications, Route/Switch
*Desired Skills and Experience*
7 + years experience architecting, designing and developing scalable, cost
effective Unified Communications products and solutions for Enterprise and
Industry verticals.
Maintain a high level of technical understanding across multiple technology
disciplines.
Understand a client's overall business and how to position services to
ensure a successful implementation of Sentinel’s service and product
offerings.
Demonstrate ability to define client requirement for a IP Call Center
Has to work as part of a highly technical team of professionals who are
responsible for all architectural design, development of Unified
Communications products and solutions.
Has to work with cross functional teams of Technical architects and System
Engineers
Understand Cisco router/switch technology
Translate business requirements into architectural solutions, technical
approaches and alternatives.
Research, select/recommend technologies and products required for solution
delivery.
Maintain long-term client relationships as well as establish and manage
project-specific client expectations.
Effectively communicate proposed solutions and designs to the customer
Ability to develop scopes of work, reference architecture, bills of
materials, and level of effort documents.
Able to white board solutions to a diverse audience.
2 years experience as a program manager helpful
Ability to develop presentations and communicate with C level executives.
CCDA certification preferred, not required
Excellent oral, written communication, presentation and interpersonal
skills
