Abilityto independently design solutions for system operations. Good knowledge of niche SAP areas like NetWeaver Administration, Performance Tuning, APO Live Cycle management. Able to lead a team and trainthe team and possess sufficient knowledge of SAP Administration. Should be ableto guide the team on complex technical issues. Provide SME support to other teams on request. Ability to hold discussions with customer presenting incidentreports and highlighting system health status.
