Culture and Confidence are important – we need someone who is able to come
in with confidence to take on and own tasks. Someone ready to jump in from
day 1 to provide immediate value. We *have a number of Hadoop tasks that
need to be completed, and currently a small team, so an experienced
resource is a must.*
Skills in as many of the following as possible
o Experience with *Cloudera - Cloudera on Big Data Appliances is a plus*
o Experience setting up/administering a large number of nodes (100+)
o *Hadoop security utilizing Kerberos*
o *Hadoop encryption experience*
o *Hadoop/Cloudera upgrade experience – Upgrades including Edge Nodes is
a plus*
o Experience utilizing a variety of tools in the *Hadoop Ecosystem –
Hive, Ni-Fi, Oozie, Impala, Hue, etc.*
