Also planning to upgrade from MQ 7.1 to version 8.0 simultaneously. Candidate will be responsible for evaluation of existing Solaris infrastructure as well as new requirements and making architectural and design recommendations for topology, sizing, and configuration of new target environments. Candidate must have expert hands-on knowledge of IBM MQ, RHEL HA and Resilient Storage, tools, settings, packages, libraries, networking, and all other aspects of setting up and implementing these systems. Candidate will preferably have experience with enterprise level migration of MQ from Solaris to Linux as well as upgrading MQ. Candidate will demonstrate knowledge in troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing problems that arise.
