SQL Server/Oracle Database, Storage Center, etc.,
IVR Developer with hands on in Java and VXML, etc.,
Experience of supporting Cisco UCCE environments (should have worked in 24
x7 support engagements, should understand the pain points involved in 24 x
7 support team)
Experience in configuration of UCCE environments including older versions
that are no longer supported by Cisco
Experience in managing Cisco networks (CCNA certification)
Excellent communication skills with awareness of communications involved in
handling production issue
