Position Description:
Candidate will work with Loan IQ Business Analysts to understand business
requirements. They will own the translation of these requirements into
technical solutions and document those solutions in Functional
Specification Designs. The design documents will then be used by the
development staff to code detailed solutions.
There are two positions available for strong candidates. One TA will be
focused on the development of reports. The second TA will be focused on
development/enhancement of supporting Loan IQ processes. Both candidates
must have a thorough understanding of the Loan IQ data model. The
candidate assigned to report development must have advanced SQL skills
with the ability to understand and develop complex SQL.
