Immediate Need - *Sybase **database administration* - Interview ASAP
Position : Sybase database administration
Location : Reston, VA
Duration : 6 months+
*Skills and Experience Required :*
- 5-10 years of database administration/engineering with Sybase ASE &
Replication Server
- on Solaris, Linux, or UNIX
- Experience should include designing database solutions for business
initiatives, installing DBMS & replication server software, upgrading DBMS
& rep server software,
- troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, script
writing, and supporting development team.
- Replication server experience should also include setup of replication
definitions, subscriptions, and supporting warm standby servers.
