*Job Title : Informatica Lead Position for Information Warehouse Platform
Migration Location : Remotely; initial travel is required to Rancho
Cordova, CA Duration : 12+monthsNeed U.S. citizen Job Description:-*An
Expert or Senior level Informatica developer with Informatica Administrator
experience that will work as part of the team that will migrate an existing
data warehouse from z/OS DB2 environment to a Teradata database. This
initial support is to complete the planning component and any preparation
for the overall migration project. The overall project will incorporate the
installation, configuration, and maintenance for the following
applications.
o Informatica PowerCenter – Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) tool
o Business Objects XI – Data Access Reporting tool
o Dundas Dashboard – Dashboard tool
o SAS – Advanced Analytics tool
o Teradata database
*Required SKills:-*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum
of 12 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 20
years of experience. 7 or more years of ETL experience with Informatica
PowerCenter is required; at least 1 year with version 9.x.
Strong experience with SQL and Oracle databases, preferably 11g.
Strong UNIX and shell scripting experience is required.
5+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Teradata Stored Procedural
Language (SPL)
2+ years of experience with Teradata Data Warehouse Architecture
Teradata
Teradata Performance Tuning and Analysis
Teradata Data Warehouse development strategies (Basic Teradata Query
(BTEQ), procedures, macros)
Knowledge of data warehousing, data governance processes, data quality
processes, testing methodologies, reporting tools, application development
Multi-platform and multi-system integration experience.
Demonstrated record of success with problem-solving skills, creativity, and
the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with the full project lifecycle from conception to
implementation and support
