*Job Title:- Insurance Business Analyst Location:- Atlanta, GA and
Charlotte, NCDuration:- 12+Months Must have 2 years property and casualty
experience. Rate : $40/-hr on C2CJob Description:-*Senior Business
Analyst/Project Lead for a large underwriting system development project in
the Property/Casualty industry. Responsible for business requirements
efforts, liaising between business and technical teams, leading
JAD/Requirements sessions, developing requirements documentation, use
cases, end-user documentation, coordinating production roll-out activities
and post-production support. Position requirements include:
5 – 10 years business analysis experience with large-scale, enterprise-wide
information technology projects and systems.
Minimum of 2 years Property/Casualty experience and policy administration
systems experience are a must;
Ability to lead complex requirements efforts, and provide direction to a
team of business analysts
Strong SDLC and Requirements Methodologies experience are required
Must have strong experience with writing Business Requirements, Functional
specifications, Use Cases and other SDLC artifacts.
Strong analytical skills, business process re-engineering skills, and data
analysis skills
Ability to interact with senior business and technology management, and
work within a large, matrix organization model
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, multi-task,
and be a team player
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree required
