12+monthsRate : $25/-hr on C2CJob Description:-*Plans and arranges the
labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating
standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample
testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines
changes required in testing procedures, processes, or new testing
requirements. Responsible for testing all customers’ samples and for
special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. Responsible for
designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing
and troubleshooting systems.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues, and
is regarded as a subject matter expert.
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data
requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies
and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving
objectives.
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements
and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to
external customers.

Applies basic foundation of a function’s principles, theories and concepts
