Two .Net Software Engineers needed immediately to assist on a long term A
successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of
enterprise systems architecture, software design patterns and the Microsoft
.Net platform.
As part of the assessment process candidates will be asked to answer
questions relating to the following essential skills:
- Extensive experience developing N-tier enterprise wide applications (eg
5-7 years) using Microsoft .Net technologies.
- A comprehensive understanding of the role of object oriented systems
architecture in creating supportable and extensible systems.
- ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, Web Technologies
- Visual Studio 2013/2015 & Team Foundation Server
- SQL Server & T-SQL
- Test-driven development and automated testing
- Client-side frameworks: JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML, TypeScript,
AngularJS, Foundation, Bootstrap
*Preferred:*
- Experience with Content Management System (CMS) development. Specific
experience with DNN (DotNetNuke) platform a plus.
*Soft Skills:*
- Creative problem solving.
- Demonstrate a commitment to completing tasks on time and within budget.
- Able to analyze information and situations and to appreciate the wider
view by thinking ahead about implications for the future and thinking
creatively about solutions to problems.
- Work effectively in a dynamic team comprising stakeholders, developers,
graphic designers, testers and DBAs.
