*Position: Sr. **Business Data Modeler***
*Duration: 6 Months *

*Job Description:*
Ø Require a senior data modeler to develop the strategic logical data
model for the Client Reference Data domain and map the existing source
system attributes to the target logical data model.
Ø This will require individual to utilize CA Erwin to develop the model,
show the entity relationships, define the attributes and walk thru IT
counterparts to review the model and support the IT physical design.
*Main responsibilities and key tasks*
Ø Building the Logical Data Model
Ø Source data analysis, source to target data mapping, defining business
rules for conversion
Ø Preparing Flow diagrams, use/test cases, data dictionaries.
Ø Record data quality issues in the issue log and work with the
governance, business and IT SMEs to resolve them
*Training / experience*
Ø Proven business analysis/data modeling skills
Ø Good analytical and problem solving skills - ability to identify cause
and effect
Ø Good time management skills and proven ability in meeting deadlines and
working in a pressurised team / environment
Ø Strong attention to detail
Ø Confident and self motivated individual with a proactive approach
Ø Ability to learn new technology applications and process techniques
quickly
Ø Excellent documentation skills
Ø Team player
